Dr. Jeff Elwell has been named Vice President of Academic Life and Dean of Faculty. Dr. Elwell’s decades-long career in academic life and his student-centered, collaborative style will enhance the student academic experience.
Louisburg College Welcomes New Chaplain
Louisburg College welcomes a new Chaplain to campus this week! The new Chaplain, Rev. Laura Wittman, will serve the College and Louisburg community through the Clifton L. Benson Chapel and Religious Life Center.
15-time Grammy Award Winner, Ricky Skaggs’ career is easily among the most significant in recent country music history. In the past decade, he has been honored with inductions into the Gospel, Musicians, Fiddlers, Bluegrass and Country Music Halls of Fame.
The United States Air Force Concert Band and Singing Sergeants will present a program of traditional, contemporary and patriotic selections designed to inspire the community, honor veterans and bring people together through the soft power of music. This event is free to the public.
